AMERICAN CORGI

The American corgi is a new and very popular up and coming breed. The American Corgi is NOT a purebreed represented by the AKC, and the Merle coloring can ONLY come from Cardigan Welsh corgis. If a breeder tells you other wise please run for the hills they are being dishonest, and are lying to you. An American Corgi is a Pembroke Corgi Mixed with a Cardigan the percentage of the mix depends on how far down the line the Cardigan was mixed in the pedagree.
